Spedizione puntuale e qualità ottima, pur non essendo pata negra. L’ho preso disossato, quindi mi sono arrivati 4 pezzi + osso tutto sottovuoto. Unica pecca il peso. La somma dei pezzi arrivava a 5 kg scarsi.

Capiamo la tua sorpresa riguardo al peso finale ricevuto. Ti spieghiamo con piacere: il prosciutto iberico subisce una perdita di peso molto significativa durante il processo di lavorazione. Un prosciutto iberico di alta qualità perde normalmente tra il 30% e il 40% del suo peso originale a causa di vari fattori:
• Il processo di salatura e stagionatura, che dura tra i 24 e i 48 mesi, provoca una perdita di umidità molto elevata.
• La cotenna e il grasso esterno rimossi durante la disossatura rappresentano un'ulteriore perdita di peso.
• L'osso stesso, che nel caso del disossato viene eliminato, può pesare tra 1 e 1,5 kg.
Ciò significa che da un prosciutto che originariamente pesava circa 8-9 kg, si ottengono normalmente tra i 4,5 e i 5,5 kg di carne pura, che è esattamente quello che hai ricevuto. Questo è assolutamente normale e garantisce la qualità e il sapore intenso tipico del nostro prosciutto iberico.

Naručio sam ovaj pršut kao najjeftiniju patanegru, a ima i crnu etiketu... Nisam pogriješio, društvo i ja smo oduševljeni. Sljedeći put uzimam neku višu klasu mada ne znam koliko bolje treba biti.
Savjetujem da u paket dodate i curado ovčiji sir, njega sam trebao i više kila naručiti.

Bonjour monsieur, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas apprécié notre jambon. C'est un excellent jambon ibérique pour son prix et il est très apprécié par nos clients particuliers et professionnels de la restauration. Mais il n'est en aucun cas comparable à un jambon ibérique 100% Bellota et son prix ne l'est pas non plus.

I was too worried about quality of product, and can say it’s genuine!
Balance "price & product" definitely justified expectations.
Picture on website also corresponds to reality.
Pity no option to upload product pictures to comment, to assure customers that am not a bot 😉
Short product definition, is max I can text: dark cherry color closer to brown, easy to cut, not sticking between the teeth 🦷 and nice to chewing, actually you almost not chew on as it soft enough, fat would say moderate enough, overall to me it’s very tasty 😋!
I also got sheep 🐑 cheese, but not tried yet. As per ham quality, believe it’s won’t be worse ;).
I definitely trust to this shop and will recommend it to anyone.
If you have at least a bit clue in ham like me ;)), then go ahead and get it. No worries it’s good staf ;).

E' la seconda volta che ordiniamo da Spanish taste, la prima volta abbiamo preso la spalla, questa volta invece abbiamo optato per il prosciutto intero e ancora una volta siamo super soddisfatti!. IL PESO PERO' E' RISULTATO PROPRIO IL MINIMO DELLA CATEGORIA SCELTA, ANCHE SE DIPENDE TUTTO DALLA FORNITURA DEL PRODUTTORE.
NEL MIO CASO EQUIVALE A 3 O 4 BUSTE IN MENO DI PROSCIUTTO TAGLIATO.
FORSE UN PO' PIU' DI ATTENZIONE SAREBBE STATA GRADITA.
