Ho già acquistato bellota di altri produttori su altri siti ma questa volta ho optato per questo.
Arrivato in brevissimo tempo (nella stessa settimana dell'ordine!) l'ho aperto ed è stata subito un'esplosione di profumi.
Dalla prima parte risultava un po' grasso (scarto iniziale che è stato riutilizzato in cucina) ma raggiunta la parte magra i sapori inconfondibili di questo prosciutto mi hanno totalmente coinvolto.
Ben stagionato (d'altra parte è un riserva) è risultato un acquisto eccezionale soprattutto se trovato in offerta.
